Shipping policy

We’ve partnered with FedEx to offer free shipping on all of our batteries everywhere within the lower 48 states! We ask for a direct signature on orders with FedEx ground to ensure your product has safely reached your final destination.

• Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available, and shipping quotes can be provided upon request.
• International shipments are available via a US-based freight forwarder, but all additional charges are the responsibility of the customer, including duties, taxes, freight, and any potential warranty return.
• If you provide wrong and insufficient shipping address, you will bear the second shipping cost, so please give us your right shipping address.

Once your battery is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can see when the scheduled delivery time will be! The shipping times are based on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays and weekends.

Note: affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.
