  My roommate in Korea showed me plinko while we were debating over which browser games are the least frustrating. I laughed at first—dropping a ball on a board didn’t sound that interesting. But after a few rounds, I was the one totally focused. I had a weird mix of results: lost small amounts again and again, then had a sudden win that made me fist-pump. We both ended up playing longer than planned. It’s now our go-to after dinner.
