Which automatic feeder to choose?

  Hi. I've a cat and I'm looking for an automatic wet food feeder, dry food feeders and water fountains. I thought this would be useful since I'm usually out all day and would be good for night trips. I've seen some options online but the wet food feeder has six compartments! For those who have automatic feeders, what is your experience? Are they useful or can I do without them? What brand do you recommend?
