Help with emotional exhaustion


  • Guys, I'm a workaholic. I work six days a week for very long hours. I'd like to try and change that. I'm a little tired of this way of life, but the problem is that I don't know where to start. Maybe I need to try some new philosophy or dogma? Who can tell me?

  • Totally get where you’re coming from — it’s so easy to fall into that cycle and then suddenly realize you’re burnt out. I was in a similar spot not long ago, and honestly, slowing down didn’t mean doing less — it meant being more intentional with my time. Little things helped, like quiet walks, journaling, even just disconnecting in the evening (sometimes with a kiva camino to unwind). Start small — the shift doesn’t have to be all at once.
