Hello everyone, friends, I’m interested in your opinion about olive oil, where is it really as beneficial as many people or scientists or even the same doctors write about it? Or is it just some kind of advertising?

Yes, this is true, even if it is advertising, it is real advertising. I know from my own experience, but since I work as a fitness trainer and read a lot about supplements and macro- and microelements, once I read an article about How extra virgin olive oil provides health benefits for the cardiovascular system and everything there is very competent and written in detail. So I just confirmed not only my guesses but also all the articles that I had read before.
